One thing that lots of years of experience gives you is the ability to realize solutions to problems that others may not see.

Almost every day I get phone calls from home owners who are having a problem. With a little bit of questioning, I usually find that the problem that is devastating someone's life, only requires a simple solution. I feel such great pride when a wife, who never touches anything electrical, steps up and learns how to reset a breaker solving her whole power outage problem.

That makes me smile.
