On May 15th 2018, Robart Electrical Services Ltd. did a 60 to 100 amp service upgrade and the owners decided to sell the property.

This project was done with an Edmonton electrical permit, and it was inspected and passed by a certified inspector from The Inspection Group on May 15th. Epcor did the disconnection of the service for upgrading and returned later in the day to do a re-connection. A copy of the acceptable inspectors report is available upon request. The buyers then brought in a home inspector and he failed the project saying that all of the homes ungrounded outlets were not protected.
